Cancellation policy

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL NOTICE: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the frequency and price selected, plus applicable taxes, and your payment method will be charged automatically until you cancel.

This policy applies to all subscription and recurring purchase options available on www.drinkjoey.com, managed through ReCharge.

Cancel Anytime — No Fees

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment. We believe in earning your loyalty, not locking you in.

How to Cancel

Method 1 — Self-serve online:

  1. Go to drinkjoey.com and log in to your account
  2. Click on your account name or profile icon
  3. Select "Manage Subscription"
  4. Select the subscription you wish to cancel
  5. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  6. Select a cancellation reason when prompted
  7. Confirm cancellation on the confirmation screen

Method 2 — Contact us:

Email support@drinkjoey.com or call +1 (267) 478-3038 and we'll cancel it for you within 1 business day.

Cancellations must be received before your next scheduled billing date to avoid a charge for the next cycle. If an order has already been processed and shipped before your cancellation request, that order cannot be cancelled or reversed — but you can always request a refund by contacting us.

Pause or Skip Instead

Not ready to cancel? You can also pause or skip an upcoming order at any time through your account portal — no need to cancel entirely.

Billing

Subscription orders are billed automatically on a recurring basis at the frequency you selected (every 1, 2, or 3 months). You will receive an email notification before each upcoming charge. You can update your billing details, delivery address, or frequency at any time in your account portal.

Refunds

If you are charged for an order you did not intend to receive, contact us and we will issue a full refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
